At Cufflinks, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your new accessories are not exactly what you expected, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer presentation box and secure them within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
